Bad (comically bad) marketing strategy

There is a new wave in the Saudi market where some of the new startups try to prove that they are more local than the users themselves.
Bottom line use the top three apps in the category:
1- Wadi grocery (cheaper than supermarkets in some products, 2 hours delivery)
2- ZAD (the most organized local grocery app, 2 hours delivery, very active support)
3- doorstep (the underdog of the show)
As for this app (I’m deleting the app mainly because of the silly SMS ad received 3 minuets ago, sounds like your stepmom calling you out for being a lazy bum!!)
اُسلوب إعلانات سخيف بدأ من مايسترو واستلموا البقية الموجة، كل يوم وكل فرصه تذكروننا إنكم محليين و "تمونون" علينا بالغصب!
اذا منتج سعودي (من بين ٢٠ منتج سعودي) يبي ينجح، يهتم بالجودة بدل ما يتدلع! (يا *** السرج على الب**)
تم حذف البرنامج بعد تجربة واحدة بسبب اعلان برسالة نصية وصلني قبل خمس دقائق تقريبا! (باقي نجي نطبخ عنك!)
يعطيكم العافيه (طلبات وجاهز وراحة ومهارة) فيهم البركة يجيبون الاكل، وإلا احنا كسالى وعلقه على المجتمع!
البدائل الأفضل:
١- وادي (أرخص من السوق في المنتجات المستوردة، التوصيل خلال ساعتين)
٢- زاد "شيخ البرامج المحلية" (توصيل خلال ساعتين)
٣- دورستب "المؤدبين" (شادين حيلهم وأخلاقهم زينه)

Worked well, but now there is a problem

The app no longer works for iPhone 7+.
I ordered and wanted my delivery paid by debit card, as I had 60+ times before. App showed shopper was still shopping, but infact groceries were delivered to my home. Since app didn’t check-out correctly, driver demanded cash for groceries. I wasn’t home to pay cash. For three weeks, this order remained in ‘shopping mode’. Finally I had to contact store to ask someone to come collect cash for delivery.
App no longer works. It’s a shame. I really enjoyed the service while it lasted.

Provide labels in a description box

I love this app but im struggling to read labels out of the pictures.. they’re definitely not clear!
I'd really appreciate if you can provide a full description with every product or at least just the nutrition label.
