1. The App includes user-friendly Low-FODMAP food lists presented as main meals, light meals, snacks and beverages, so you can see at a glance what is suitable or best avoided.
2. Your App can be used with any diet to track your symptoms as they change, but is designed to ideally be used with symptom-targeted diets available from Eat2beatIBS.
3. At you will get a Diet Treatment Plan targeted to your particular symptoms, whether bloating, gas, diarrhoea or constipation.
4. Keep general notes about your IBS, medication, and foods or drinks you suspect are a problem for you.
5. You will also have access to comprehensive information about IBS, the tests that are needed, and IBS treatment,including diet, medication, etc.
6. You can view graphs of all your symptoms over time, colour-coded to the specific diet(s) you follow.
7. The app displays a graph of the frequency that you record suspect foods and drinks.
8. The higher the frequency, the more likely that it is a problem food or drink for you.
