Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Tarleton Sports"
The search will reveal the Tarleton Sports app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Tarleton Sports is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Tarleton Sports.
Now enjoy Tarleton Sports on PC.

Watching Live needs work

When watching live the app needs to be able to turn your device sideways and it expands just as any video one watches.
