Install MicroComm app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MicroComm on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MicroComm"
The search will reveal the MicroComm app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MicroComm is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MicroComm.
Now enjoy MicroComm on PC.

Can't sign in. Can't Forget Password. Can't register. Can't validate. Put in all these "security" hurdles and yet Zero support.
I have to agree I can't understand how to use this thing

I can understand how to use this thing. I don't know why it's not letting me change anything or doing any of the things it says on the front of the box. But for those of you that did switch that new app when the pop-up came up if you go to settings you can change it from Chinese to English. Hope that helps if anybody has any tips please let me know.

To those who are looking for the app to use for the wrist band this app might not help i recommend looking for movnow plus (which is a phone app) works a whole lot better, just gotta wait a bit for it to sinc,

I got a pop up in movenow plus that said to check out this app. Downloaded it, opened it only to see that it is in Chinese. I am sorry, but the developers are silly enough to think that everyone speaks Chinese. Don't download it if you don't understand Chinese.
