Install Text to Voice - Type and Talk App for Voice Generating app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Text to Voice on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Text to Voice"
- The search will reveal the Text to Voice - Type and Talk App for Voice Generating app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Text to Voice is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Text to Voice.
- Now enjoy Text to Voice on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Text to Voice Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Text to Voice,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Text to Voice" » then Click "Install".
- Text to Voice - Type and Talk App for Voice Generating will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Completely useless but hilarious

Set the voice to max low and slow, and United Kingdom and it sounds hilarious! Ads with annoying music pop up in the middle of playing the voice.

I got my tonsils out and I'm using this app it works great but to many ads pop up at a time and that makes it harder to talk on this app

I don’t know how an app to even exist in this awful quality! every few seconds a add will pop up and mess up what you’re typing it’s unbelievable it’s so annoying also if you move the speed and the voice in the middle of them speaking it won’t change! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP IT IS A WASTE OF TIME!!

It’s kind of disturbing to me that an app that is meant to help so many different types of people communicate is flooded with ads that affect the user’s ability to communicate regularly. These people only care about money and took a simple concept and made it negative.
