Looks great but won’t download maps

I downloaded this app based on reviews from an article. When I was downloading the maps, it kept hanging at 52%. Took forever to download them too, even after 3 attempts. Sorry, 3 strikes... I even tried deleting/reinstalling app. No go :(
Absolutely No Support

This app is garbage. If you run into a problem or have a question - forget it! Email support requests are worse than a joke - they are simply ignored. Don't waste your time - and definitely don't waste any of your money on this app. Find a different app.
Maps won’t download

Downloaded the app and since the error message says “server not available”. Might be good but will never know without the maps.
