Manual Move
By Jet1945 (Pcmac user)
The app does permit the addition of calories to the Move segment of the activity app. However, there are several significant deficiencies or “bugs” with the implementation.
Specifically, when it “adds” calories it also overwrites with zeroes (0’s) for the Exercise and Stand segments. There is no way to go back and “fix” the overwrite. If you happen to be running a consecutive accomplishment kind of thing, the zeroes that get written into the Activity app and Health app break that sequence.
Besides the “features,” another reviewer wrote that the the app Add concept would be benefit if you could add a timed exercise also. I’ll go one better and suggest that a feature to permit selecting the date (within reason, say one week) back in time to add the calories would be fantastic.
Unfortunately, as implemented with the “bugs,” I cannot recommend this app anyone.

Manual Move

The app will permit you to add calories to your activity ring. Unfortunately, there are several significant drawbacks.
First, it when adding calories it overwrites all current activity app values: Move, Exercise, and Stand. I used it once and it "zeroed" all activity values for that day's entries.
If you were running a consecutive run like I was - then it totally messes that up with no way of recovery.
If it worked as you would expect, there are a couple of enhancements that could be added: besides adding time as another reviewer mentioned, it would be nice to able to go back and target a specific day to add entries to. Note: I wrote Add to not overwrite.
I have emailed the developers and not heard back, yet.

Won't load on my Apple Watch & no input on phone app
By Pure-energy (Pcmac user)
So, I can't really say how this works, because it's useless. It is installed on my watch but won't load. The phone app doesn't allow me to do anything. Complete waste.
