At the very first use of Bhoj I felt like I ate bhoj 😃.. I ordered a lunch for my staff just to know how is it .. it’s awesome most important after making order as well I can replace with another thank you
Don’t bother

Will NOT be using this service again. When I ordered the food it said it would take 30-40 minutes to arrive. They called to confirm and said it would take an hour. Fine. They also asked for my address, which is weird because I marked it on the map. Then, after an hour and a half I had heard nothing, so I called them. 3 phone calls later they confirmed the food was “on the way.” 1.5 hours after that, including 12 phone calls with the delivery person who could not understand directions in Nepali or English, I finally canceled the order. I’m unhappy with the bad service, the slowness, and the apparent lack of training for delivery drivers.
Filter some garbage restaurants

You need to filter out some restaurants that shows the food on menu but after paying says not available. I do not need the refund on my wallet when the money is being paid through debit card/paypal. This happened twice when I ordered, The first order got canceled, I was expecting the refund on my debit card but got it on wallet, the next order I did, they say food not available and asking to choose other food or else again going to get the money on wallet. Why it does not shows that food not available before paying?????
No service for Outside Ring road Customers

I have a very bad experience with Bhoj Deals. I like their idea of not having a minimum order but then again it seems they don't deliver to places outside ring road although they charge 100 or more for delivery. I have so far ordered three times and not a single order got delivered. The only reason i gave it a one star rating is because they were quick on sending me back my esewa money which i used for order payment.
