The new UI is broken

I use this app to order food during business trips. I loved the way that I can use my corporate card with it and easily email the receipts to my expense reports. However, since the recent UI revamp, the receipt layout does not fit the entire screen anymore. This makes it difficult to use the in-app print/share function which basically just takes a screen shot of the selected receipt and sends it via email. Since the new layout of the receipt is too big for the screen (I'm using an XS max), the receipt gets cut out awkwardly in the email. I this app have to resort to using the phone screenshot feature to send the receipts via email manually. So annoying. Please fix! Better yet, try to have a different template for receipts rather than relying on the selected area.

I ordered 2 times, both times had canceled by them cause it said no available food. Asked me have to cancel order and reorder again for another food. Money was refund back to app's credit but couldnt use... it not allow for using credit and there has no way to transfer credit back to my bank. Deffinitely cheated apps, try to steal customer's money... Dont trust this apps Apple need to check and delete this apps out of the appstore. It's a scamed

I ordered a Fry Chicken for lunch and had to wait at least 30’ to receive nothing. I drove to restaurant and they said they had already canceled my order because restaurant was closed in that day. Oh my godness. I paid by card and received money back into Airpay for pointless because i can’t take it back to bank account. That’s such a dissapointed experience. I’ll never use this app anymore. Terrible service. Negative star is true in this case
Service quality has been going downhill

this app it takes forever to confirm an order. My most recent purchase took 35 min before being cancelled. Don't forget that there are so many other options to choose from such as grab food, vietnammm, chopp, etc. Vietnammm despite their limited choices, is improving on their service. Being a middle man in this on demand service business requires reliability and timeliness. You have none.
