App is ok but kind of clunky to navigate and they seem to have lost my accounts. Really should be bilingual in English and Spanish. It is not that hard to do and would really benefit your English speaking customers.

I don’t understand why CLARO has multiple apps for the same purpose for different markets, this should not involve the user. There is only one language, Spanish. Needs more language options

I don not speak Spanish however I am in the Dominican and purchased a Claro prepaid sim. I want to monitor my usage so I DL this app but its worthless to me as I can read Spanish and I can not translate anything. Come Claro, fix this.
