2. I wanted something flexible but simple and which would importantly both time meditation and schedule it (with a daily reminder).
3. Rhythm is the meditation timer and scheduler I couldn't find.
4. Set a daily reminder to help establish a regular meditation practice.
5. The latest version adds timed, short reflections with note capture at the end.
6. It is simple: quickly select a duration (perhaps with some bells to recall your attention) and hit start.
7. You can also see these reflections (and the notes) in your History.
