✔ Pros:

- App doesn't support purchasing double protein, resulting in overcharging or incorrect orders.

- No way to remove ingredients or indicate allergies when ordering.

- App upgrade has caused issues with opening, slow UX, and menu download.

There should be a way to remove ingredients from items on the menu when ordering. If someone has allergies there’s no way to indicate that something should be taken out. There’s not even an area to write a note to request that a substitution be made. For example, I tried to swap out the dressing on the Baja burrito from cilantro vinaigrette to ranch yogurt, but I’m hesitant to order because it seems like it’ll just have twice as much dressing in it, including the one I don’t want. I suppose I could build my order from scratch, but who wants to do that? the app should take a look at the Subway app, because their food customization is much more user friendly.
This version is profoundly broken

I’ve been using previous versions of this app without any major issues. Since I’ve upgraded to this version, I’ve had nothing but problems. I can’t get the app to open half the time. When it does open, the UX is a huge step back. The buttons and lists are slow when they aren’t completely unresponsive. The menu doesn’t download half the time. The new reorder flow is janky, forcing users to press more nearly unresponsive buttons than before. As a mobile software developer, I am embarrassed for everyone that was involved in letting this app get out in the wild.

This store has something different to it, by that i mean its something that God has brought to our feet. I give you the app. Their amazingly great food has got me trembling inside and out and smoothies, omg. If you havent been here you’re missing out. These two specific people that work their, I’m not going to say their name but you know who they are but they are the greatest and sweetest people ever. Period
Charging error

App doesn’t support purchasing double protein, for example double chicken - it charges for the full amount, but the store only receives an order for a single serving, so you are overcharged. This has happened several times and I’ve confirmed it looking at the store receipt and my CC statement. Please fix this so the store knows the proper quantity of protein to use - it’s extremely frustrating to either be overcharged or have to ask them to add more protein after the fact every time.
