Missing files

Downloaded the app and it worked great until I had to do an OS upgrade, as soon as that was done all my “protected” files are now missing, they dont show up in the app to “un-protect” and I can’t find them anywhere…fix this ASAP, all my files are gone! Do not use this app until they have repaired this fail…I have emaied customer service as well, no response.
