The app is available 24/7, including holidays, and serves every American worldwide. Users can upload or scan their documents, take a picture of their license or passport, and connect with a licensed Virginia electronic notary via an audio/video call to sign and notarize their document. Once notarized, the document can be downloaded, emailed, and accessed in the app at any time.
