I give no stars but not an option...

I have never received any alerts at all. The only time it has any info on alerts that are current is if I open the app that displays current alerts. Other than that there are no Alerts unless you open the app and it displays the data. Rather useless app for the purpose it supposedly is purported to provide alerts when caught unaware. So I guess there is no help section either. When you select App Support it takes you to a game app site. Is there actually any help on this. I’ve selected the setup settings of which alerts I want. But when I look at the my chosen county and name it home none of the alerts are checked as what I did under settings. When it opens it tells me of a current flood warning which is not selected under the settings. So what’s up with this. I get alerts when I open it for a flood warning that’s not selected. But not while it supposedly active in the background but when I open it it gives me a warning that was not chosen. I wrote this a while back and no Developer Response. So either the individual does not care make it right or it can’t be fixed.
I never saw a map

Adding a city is self-explanatory, although instruction is provided. What is strange is adding by COUNTY. I have friends and family in other states, but I have NO idea in which County they reside. This adds another step, having to Google that info. It the worst is, I have yet to see a map. I set up alerts, choosing from the extensive list, and those work brilliantly, as they started coming through immediately, but when I choose the most important function, “Weather Map”, it kicks me out. Every. Time. The “Settings” are very minimal, so nothing there is of any use. If I could see maps, this may very well be a 5⭐️ App.
So far, so good!

We’ve been getting a number of weather watches and warnings over the last few weeks, from rain to winter weather watches. And every time, this app notifies me either on my phone and/or on my Apple Watch. I’m comparing it to some other apps I have for alerts, and this one is definitely the best, so I’ll be keeping this one.

I get alerts promptly,works great on all my devices and with family scattered all over the USA I can stay up to date. Favorite feature is the homescreen view. I wake up to red warning and know I'ma gonna need coffee. Lots of coffee...
