The Nero Streaming Player app is a media streaming app that allows users to play their favorite songs, photos, and videos on their DLNA receiver, smart TV, or other compatible devices. Software Features and Description

1. Just download and install Nero MediaHome PC (version 2016 or later) from Via Nero Streaming Player play all your photos, videos, and music located on your PC and laptop on your TV screen, or straight on your mobile device, too.

2. Installing Nero Streaming Player allows you to play photos, videos & music from your iPhone or iPad to your Smart TV or DLNA receiver.

3. Simply click "Nero MediaHome" in Nero Streaming Player and with one touch, you will jump right into the timeline of all the photos and videos located on your PC.

4. Nero Streaming Player will show a complete list of all available servers.

I have an IPhone 7 and a Hisense Smart TV (model: 40H5B purchased in 2016). This app has allowed me to cast/mirror from my iPhone to my particular TV. Im giving 4 stars because it works to a degree and it’s free. I went through 10 apps before this one. It did take me some time to figure it out, about 20mins because my TV lacked instructions. I have yet to stream video but if it works I’ll come back and give it 5stars because I am done trying to figure out any other apps. Give this application a try if you haven’t yet found an app that works. I don’t normally bother with reviews but I was frustrated- i hope this helps anyone looking for this capability.

There has been a push in the market recently to put PLEX on everything. I don’t use PLEX for one simple reason- you can’t search by folder, it just puts all of your media from all locations and shares into an alphabetical list. If you are like me and would rather see the folder hierarchy of your shares then look no further. Honestly it’s so good I’d pay for it. Thank you Nero!!!

A Good App

Improvement over previous app we have used since it has faster conversions and is more dependable on actually finishing the conversion. It would be nice if the video just watched could be replayed instead of having to convert again.
