bonus points don’t work!!

i go to a lot of events, and i normally stay the whole time. the only reason i’m giving 1 star is because the bonus points are NEVER given and it’s really frustrating. also the FAQ button doesn’t work 😒 i just want my bonus points, with out them it’s pretty impossible to get any of the rewards

When I first got this app everything worked great. I don’t know what happened, but I can no longer check in at any events or see details about events. Please fix this app because I used to love it. GO DAWGS
I need my extra points bro

I go to events quite frequently and at every one 200 points are offered if you stay past half-time. I have yet to see any of those points and I follow the directions completely.
