Outstanding bag! Pretty good app.
By OperatorT90 (Pcmac user)
I’ve been using this bag for about a year and a half and I absolutely love it! For training I only use this bag and jiu-jitsu. Also, I get all of my workouts from the sandWODs on this app. I appreciate being able to look through multiple workouts in the ‘history’ section. My only complaint is that after each workout it asks you to save your workout time. It even has a section for notes where I put the weight used or anything else I want to make note of. You can also mark the workout as a ‘favorite.’ However, there’s no convenient way to go back and view my workouts. I can’t see my notes at all. I really want to give the app 5 stars because I love the bag so much but I just can’t until those things are resolved.

Great app
By Bad384m (Pcmac user)
This app is great. It gives you a new workout every day and a warm up to go with it. There still are some flaws. The timer function could use some additional features such as being more integrated into the workouts, and giving ques for set changes and so forth. It would also be nice to be able to access a library of workouts in addition to the WOD.
That being said, I really like this app.

Good app, bad app
By Wanderer03510302 (Pcmac user)
This is a great app for getting it done! Good challenges!
This app is “bad” because I am not able to listen to music while I execute the workout. This would be a great app if my music didn’t stop (nor can I keep listening once the timer starts) once the timer starts.

Best app I’ve ever downloaded
By Stud123457 (Pcmac user)
I’ve been using this app for the last 4 months and have been really happy with the variations of workouts as well as the results I’ve gotten since taking up sandbag training. The only thing I’d like to see added is the RED wods that the app force sandbags shares on social media be shown/available on the app itself
