Can’t make it work

I followed the instructions but can’t make it work. I succesfully installed the OS to my raspberry but after connecting it with app app, I see that app is not running and I can’t start it manually either. Seems like the app can’t install app to raspberry succesfully. Sent a support mail to developer via app but no response since 2 weeks. Gave 3 stars hoping that I will get the support one day...
