Started with 1 name of business ended with a request to create with other 2 names We submitted more than 30 designed that we liked but overall come out a mediocre finishing very mediocre probably based on the amount spent. Overall we will consult someone else with a different budget

You’re freelancer? RUN AWAY

Extremely bad experience for my first mission with app.com I was awarded a project for a client (traffic acquisition). I worked on the project spending some personal money to complete the job and it turns out that app closed the account of my « employer » without any notice (for violating their terms of use they say), preventing me from being paid. The employer had a verified payment method on his profile and app.com customer support lied by saying he didn’t have it. They didn’t even agree to disclose my employer’s email information so I can contact him directly to get paid. However, app.com had already took their commission from my PayPal account..... so I had to ask for a refund !!! Extremely unprofessional and unethical if not a scam.
