The app doesn’t work

It doesn’t work for me. The pc app doesn’t recognize my iPad Pro (2018) at all. I’ve tried everything I could to no avail. What worst is; the developers just don’t respond to my message or my email at all. I’ve tried contact them via their website, nothing happened (I even attached log files to them). I’ve contacted them via email, and nothing happened too. Now I really don’t know what to do with this. I’m desperate to the point I bought their app and yup, even on trial it doesn’t work so how can it work when I bought their app with real money though lol. Gonna refund on this. I’m not angry with how the won’t work on me. But I’m angry at how not responsive the developers are.

Best PC & iPad collaborated app I have ever seen

This application is my dream come true ! I have PC for ages , and just bought iPad Pro to use as my new main drawing material. The thing is sometimes I want to draw in Photoshop, or want to work with files in PC and don’t want to upload & download files in and out all the time. And then this marvelous application just came out. Free 14 days app using, plus one time purchase in this price is more than the actual worth for this ! Thank you so much for creating this app, I feel very, very thankful for this. And I would stick to this app for sure. CHEERS !

Work like a charm but need advice fro offset problem when sett screen as native IPad
