4. Each class offers a unique approach to muscular design and conditioning resulting in a balanced, beautiful and strong physique for all fitness levels.
5. Optional weights we use in the studio and recommend at home include dumbbells 1-8lb, resistant bands light-heavy, ankle weights 1-5lbs and sliders.
6. In-studio classes range from 45-60 minutes and accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced.
7. However, we do believe weights are a key component to an efficient fat burning workout.
8. All workouts are designed to be easily done from anywhere with no equipment.
