Ask NHS is now AskFirst. AskFirst provides you with improved access to health and care advice working alongside the NHS. You can talk through your symptoms in complete confidence with Sensely virtual health assistant. Parents or guardians can create accounts on behalf of patients under 16 years of age. Please note for immediate life-threatening emergencies call 999. When to use AskFirst: - Abdominal pain - Back pain - Cough - Cold or flu symptoms - Chest pain - Dizziness - Fever - Headache - Pregnant and vomiting - Rash - Sore throat - Urinary symptoms - General medical questions, "Should I go in for this or not?"
