1. With user permission, Sensely may also request health data from HealthKit, for use in assessments to offer personalised advice.

2. You can also search healthcare advice, schedule GP appointments and search opening times/locations of local healthcare services.

3. AskFirst provides you with improved access to health and care advice working alongside the NHS.

4. You can talk through your symptoms in complete confidence with Sensely virtual health assistant.

5. If needed, Olivia will arrange for a call back from a clinician to discuss your symptoms further.

6. Parents or guardians can create accounts on behalf of patients under 16 years of age.

7. Please note for immediate life-threatening emergencies call 999.

8. Our service is available to all NHS patients in England over 16.
