With SOS Hatzalah, call for an emergency, be ready to help as a first-responder, always be prepared! SOS Hatzalah is an application dedicated to emergency and first aid operations which connects immediately anyone who needs help or witnesses an accident with professional and/or volunteers rescuers located nearby (within 300 meters in urban areas and up to 15 kms in rural areas). In the process of a DOUBLE alert, SOS Hatzalah helps users contact all public emergency services 101 ambulance, 102 fire Department, 100 Police, 911 Global Emergency), which is mandatory during an emergency. When a rescuer (or rescuers) accepts an alert, they can be directly connected by phone with the emergency caller. The GPS location of the alert as provided on the application map and a GPS-guided itinerary then lead rescuers to the exact location of the alert. The intervention of a qualified rescuer in the few minutes between the call to public emergency services and their actual arrival on the scene may be vital for the accident victim(s). SOS Hatzalah offers three types of User accounts: Emergency Caller Rescuer Professional Rescuer For certified Professional Rescuers, SOS Hatzalah offers an extended Emergency Call System with added features and rescue info. SOS Hatzalah also offers an important educational program: illustrated first-aid techniques, GPS location of rescuers and hospitals, useful numbers... Hatzalah Lélo Gvulot is a volunteer organization made up of more than 900 rapid first responders, paramedics, and doctors who are committed to saving lives during medical emergencies in Israel. Our ambulances and trained rescue teams are often the first on the scene to treat victims of terror, car accidents and other life-threatening or dangerous situations. Our volunteers treat victims in full coordination with the IDF and other relevant security forces. Hatzalah Lélo Gvulot was established in the year 2000, when its founders realized the need to reach and treat faster the many people who were injured during the second intifada. Hatzalah Lélo Gvulot is proud to partner with many other organizations including Magen David Adom, SSF, Ateret Cohanim, and others in order to achieve our goals. The organization believes that only through working together, can we succeed in saving as many lives as possible. SOS HATZALAH is a proud membre of the YCN - You Care Now Platform. In order to optimize the way Emergency Callers reach Rescuers, YCN allows a number of partners to use its Application under a white label, in which case said partners shall enter into a partnership contract with YCN toward the use of the Application under their own brand. Therefore, all the Rescuers registered in the Application agree to have their availability extended to such Partners' applications in order to make more rescuers available and to have rescuers available across country lines. Such anonymous and free sharing of Rescuers across Partner Applications is the ultimate goal of the YCN platform to improve the Services and have all Users benefit from the Services. The Rescuers personal data shall not be shared with other Partners unless an Application "X" Rescuer accepts an Alert triggered by an Application "Y" User, in which case the sharing will only occur via dedicated BO Managers. SOS Hatzalah, like any other YCN platform member, may not derive any commercial benefit from such data. YCN - You Care Now undertakes that any Partner who uses an Application comply with the rules and regulations as well as the technical requirements (i.e. maintenance and confidentiality) expected of all YCN platform members. Its Users are subjected to identical T&C that are published with every Application.
