1. SOS Hatzalah is an application dedicated to emergency and first aid operations which connects immediately anyone who needs help or witnesses an accident with professional and/or volunteers rescuers located nearby (within 300 meters in urban areas and up to 15 kms in rural areas).

2. The Rescuers personal data shall not be shared with other Partners unless an Application "X" Rescuer accepts an Alert triggered by an Application "Y" User, in which case the sharing will only occur via dedicated BO Managers.

3. In order to optimize the way Emergency Callers reach Rescuers, YCN allows a number of partners to use its Application under a white label, in which case said partners shall enter into a partnership contract with YCN toward the use of the Application under their own brand.

4. In the process of a DOUBLE alert, SOS Hatzalah helps users contact all public emergency services 101 ambulance, 102 fire Department, 100 Police, 911 Global Emergency), which is mandatory during an emergency.

5. For certified Professional Rescuers, SOS Hatzalah offers an extended Emergency Call System with added features and rescue info.

6. Hatzalah Lélo Gvulot is proud to partner with many other organizations including Magen David Adom, SSF, Ateret Cohanim, and others in order to achieve our goals.

7. Therefore, all the Rescuers registered in the Application agree to have their availability extended to such Partners' applications in order to make more rescuers available and to have rescuers available across country lines.

8. Such anonymous and free sharing of Rescuers across Partner Applications is the ultimate goal of the YCN platform to improve the Services and have all Users benefit from the Services.

9. Hatzalah Lélo Gvulot is a volunteer organization made up of more than 900 rapid first responders, paramedics, and doctors who are committed to saving lives during medical emergencies in Israel.

10. Hatzalah Lélo Gvulot was established in the year 2000, when its founders realized the need to reach and treat faster the many people who were injured during the second intifada.

11. The intervention of a qualified rescuer in the few minutes between the call to public emergency services and their actual arrival on the scene may be vital for the accident victim(s).
