2. Lift Log is built for both beginners and experts, Lift Log provides everything you need to track your progress and get stronger.

3. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. I built Lift Log because I was displeased with all the other workout tracking apps on the App Store.

5. Its simple and intuitive design allows you to effortlessly record your workouts as quickly as possible, so you can focus on getting in those extra reps.
