1. The goal of sleep training is to help children to develop good sleep associations, strategies, and behaviors that help them to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

2. Uses a proven sleep training method which teaches your baby to self-soothe and go back to sleep.

3. Going to sleep independently is a learned behavior, and everyone needs a good night's sleep - Mom, Dad, siblings, and your infant.

4. Once your infant's doctor tells you they no longer need to eat in the middle of the night (usually around 4-5 months old), they can learn how to put themselves to sleep and to sleep through the night.

5. Train your baby to sleep the night so you can get some well needed rest.
