1. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

2. Your virtual pet will also stay with you on the new Dynamic Island and Live Activities on the iPhone Lockscreen, which is even more motivation to work harder (this is only available in iOS 16 and above).

3. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

4. This is a new concept compared to the normal Pomodoro timer apps and can provide you that extra motivation to study and work.

5. Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

6. The user will still receive access to all premium features until the end of current period.

7. Premium Version can be purchased as a subscription (Monthly or Yearly) or a One-Time Purchase through the app as an in-app purchase.

8. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

9. Focus Pet is a free app and you can use it as long as you want but there are some locked features which are available with the Premium Version of the app.

10. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

11. Use your pet's happiness level as a motivation to study and do your work everyday.
