Too much hassle and Charging customers without permission.

I used to renew my subscription every three months thru the use of my credit card with my wife’s username. But since last month your subscription setup changed without us knowing it. I let it pass, and renew for only a month because it is the only option, eventhough it’s a hassle for me. But yesterday again, your app automatically charged my itunes account without me knowing it. And now, my wife wants to watch a show, she couldn’t use it normally. Seems like your new payment method doesn’t work. Why in terms of payment you guys secure that we could pay in any terms that you want. And yet you make us “SUBSCRIBERS” suffer with this kind of bad service?

Premium?

I’ve subscribed to your premium plan but my account keeps showing “Plan: Free”. I’ve paid as well but I can’t stream videos that are exclusively for premium plan holders. Please fix this issue immediately

Very poor service

I cant watch my fave shows!!!Im already paid for premium but I cant still watch Abs cbn Your so corrupt!!! Please explain you took our money for premium subscription but we cant access any of videos we want to watch!!!

TFC do your job better

Been accessing my TFC since this morning and I still cannot watch my premium subscription allowed shows and more so my status is “ Basic” but you are collecting the premium fee every month from me, don’t mind paying as long as I’m getting what I had paid for
