Dysfunctional

Like so many before had said, this app has so many glitches. I signed up for the Premium plan and tried to redeem the free KBO and it wouldn’t play. I thought it would have improved so many years, but this app is absolutely dysfunctional; poor maintenance

This app is a crap!

I love abs cbn because of their shows and that is why I decided to subscribe to watch it on Roku . I paid for this app to watch my fave shows expecting no ads but voala!!! There goes their ads right before the show to start and this time while using my mobile phone. Next , the app takes too long to load as if I thought the app is not working so I exited. When will the Philippines be able to fix their network huh? Way behind!

Premium plan turn to free plan

I used this application for 3 years and no problem. This November google took my monthly premium plan for $12.99 sad to say when I’m trying to watch my program it’s o my play 2 mins. I email TFC and Google Play they don’t know what happened, 5 people’s from TFC & Google play told me to do this do that email me but still nothing happened. I decided to cancel my subscription through google cause google took the monthly subscription but they didn’t pay TFC or ABS-CBN. I tried to delete the apps download it again still not working. Try to click updated there’s no updated. Is anybody knows what’s going on your application. You guys are updated for taking monthly subscription but you can’t fix the problem.
