Stopped working...in Japan?

For some reason, the developers have basically disabled the app in Japan. It worked just fine when I paid to have it ad-free, but about a month ago it suddenly could no longer connect. If I use a VPN to connect to the US, it works fine. A question to tech support over 3 weeks ago has gone without any response.

New update

The previous version, albeit slow to load up, was so clear and let me view the wind in m/s. Now it looks like every other App app and takes to many clicks to get the info I need. Go back to the old version!

Usually a 5 star

I love this app but for the last month or so it has been very temperamental. I would say that 90 percent of the times it will be unable to load the App. Until the issue gets fixed, I will leave it at 2 stars.

最近、急に見られなくなりました。愛用していたのでとても不便。早く復活してほしい。１日の温度、降水量が表示されるものは他にもありますが、今日と比べて明日明後日をグラフで見られるところが便利。絶対温度だけでなく、実際の感覚は前日との比較だったりするので。
