1. For a room by room routine inspection similar to Field Agent 1 we have have the 'Quick Routine' option and for the extensive routine inspection we have a 'Detailed Routine' option.

2. Field Agent walks the property manager through 4 different inspection types.

3. Field Agent by apmasphere is a mobile property management inspection application.

4. This feature brings up photos from previous inspections and lets the property manager use them as an overlay, meaning you can take the same photo over and over again.

5. The property manager is prompted to add comments and photos to each room and feature in the property.

6. Field Agent is designed by property managers, for property managers.

7. To complete the tenancy cycle we have an Ingoing and Outgoing Inspection option.

8. Field Agent includes the popular ‘overlay’ feature.

9. It’s a great way to keep track of the condition of a property over the life of the tenancy.

10. Ingoing and Outgoing inspections cost 1 credit and credits can be purchased from within the application using your iTunes account.

11. After the inspection is complete then the report can be emailed directly from your iPhone straight to the client or back to the office computer.
