2. There are two types of queues, queues where the user joins the queue by scanning a QR code placed at a convenient location in the store and queues where the pager is associated with the order and is activated when the order is printed from any POS system.
3. Simple present your Barcode when you place an order for the cashier to scan into the system or scan the QR code to join a queue waiting for service or a table.
4. Need2Page provides a solution where customers can queue in comfort and watch as they get closer to the front of the queue - and most importantly without sharing their telephone number of other personal data.
5. Worried you'll miss the call? The system will first buzz quietly and play an audio track and if you still don't respond it will give you an automatic call to attract your information.
6. This also gives you the ability to monitor wait times that customers are experiencing and evaluate the service performance of your team.
