1. This app directly notify new complain of customer to the AS service center and after receiving complain AS service center will resole the complain and customer will get the update in his app.
2. Also for the new installation AS service center will get the installation request and their team will do installation and customer will get the update in his app.
3. The service app work with the AS provide security device connected with the AS Service Center App.
4. So basically this app will used by service center engineers to give better service to customers of Abhedya Suraksha.
