入金したのに使えない

プレミアムコンテンツヘアクセス出来ない。 iPhone XSではログインも出来たし、プレミアムコンテンツを使う事も出来た。 iPad Pro11ではログインしているようだが、表示が中途半端。プレミアムコンテンツは一切使えない。カード履歴からはしっかりソフト分6000円引かれている。追記、今、どの端末でも使えなくなりました。速やかに使えるようにして下さい。テスト勉強で使います。サポートもまともに動いておらずたらい回し状態です。立派なパンフに惑わされたのがマズかった。
