Buona app

L’anno scorso mi è stato regalato uno stetofonendoscopio di questo marchio, utilizzando il numero seriale inciso sulla testina ho avuto accesso alla versione premium dell’app. Da qualche tempo la mia sessione è stata disconnessa e quando provo a rientrare reinserendo il numero di serie mi risponde che questo è errato! Ho anche mandato delle mail all’assistenza, ma nessuna risposta! Sconsigliato AGGIORNAMENTO: l’assistenza ha risposto alla mia richiesta e mi ha aiutato ad avere nuovamente accesso ai miei contenuti premium. Ora è utilizzabile ed è sicuramente utile per esercitare il proprio orecchio all’auscultazione.

Impossibile accesso ai contenuti premium

Ho inserito il codice sulla testina del Littmann App, siccome non funzionava ho scritto al rivenditore che mi ha dato un codice alternativo, ma non ha funzionato comunque !

Useless

Totally useless unless you sign up. And luckily, whilst signing up the Appstore asked me 'are you sure you want to pay $49.99? Of course, I will not pay $50 for an app that may be as useless as the 'free' part is (where the sound does not work). Of course, I could sign up for free if I would have bought my stethoscope after June 2015, but having bought mine earlier does not qualify me for support? Next stethoscope will therefore not be a Littmann!
