1. SKY Schools (formerly YES! for Schools) is an evidence informed social emotional learning program dedicated to providing youth with the skills and knowledge to achieve all around health and success, including a healthy body, a healthy mind and a healthy lifestyle.

2. We do this by offering youth, educators and communities practical tools and life skills to increase self awareness, manage stress and emotions and make responsible life choices.

3. Our experiential curriculum includes stretching and exercise, targeted breathing techniques, communication skills, conflict resolution, and life lessons on human values such as responsibility, respect, friendliness, kindness and cooperation.

4. As students learn how to manage their stress in a healthy way, they exhibit greater confidence and motivation to succeed in school and make healthy choices when faced with life’s challenges.

5. Other studies have shown that the key to achieving and sustaining peak performance, is not how long you can keep pushing, but how well you can “reset,” release all the stress and get back to a restful and relaxed state.

6. This App is meant as a resource for youth, educators and parents who have experienced the SKY Schools training programs (formerly YES! for Schools).

7. SKY Daily Reset is a tool for your success and wellbeing, Every Day! Studies have shown that just a few minutes of silence can have dramatic benefits for your nervous system, increasing calm and focus.

8. In the schools that we work we consistently see reductions in disciplinary infractions, and increased academic performance, resulting in safer, more peaceful schools.
