1. Information is derived from the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference: Fatty acids, total saturated Content of Selected Foods per Common Measure.

2. The iSatFat app provides information about foods and how they are rated for content of saturated fat.

3. There are currently over 1,100 different foods included, searchable using more than 2,500 names (some foods are known by different names or how they are prepared, e.g., "Egg, Scrambled" and "Scrambled Egg").

4. For those working towards healthy eating, knowing the amount of saturated fat in the foods available for consumption can be extremely helpful.

5. The All Foods list allows you to search by any word or partial word from all the Food Titles.

6. Essentially, the cooler the color, the lower the amount of Saturated Fat, with white being the coolest color and black being the hottest (think burnt).

7. The information is maintained for one year and is presented in reverse chronological order grouped by day, so the latest data is presented first in the list.

8. iSatFat is one of 10 iNutrient apps based on the USDA National Nutrient Database.

9. Editing allows for: 1) changing the number of servings; 2) changing the date; and 3) deleting records.

10. Individual Intake Items can be copied to the current day, and all Intake Items for a single day can be copied to the current day.

11. This is provided as a means to assist in deciding which foods to eat.

Étape 1: Télécharger un émulateur Android pour PC

Étape 2: installez l'émulateur sur votre PC


Étape 3: iSatFat pour PC - Windows 10 / 11

Maintenant, ouvrez l'application Emulator que vous avez installée et cherchez sa barre de recherche. Une fois que vous l'avez trouvé, tapez iSatFat dans la barre de recherche et appuyez sur Rechercher. Clique sur le iSatFatnom de l'application. Une fenêtre du iSatFat sur le Play Store ou le magasin d`applications ouvrira et affichera le Store dans votre application d`émulation. Maintenant, appuyez sur le bouton Installer et, comme sur un iPhone ou un appareil Android, votre application commencera à télécharger. Maintenant nous avons tous fini.
Vous verrez une icône appelée "Toutes les applications".
Cliquez dessus et il vous mènera à une page contenant toutes vos applications installées.
Tu devrais voir le icône. Cliquez dessus et commencez à utiliser l'application.
