1. Information is derived from the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference: Energy (kcal) Content of Selected Foods per Common Measure.

2. There are currently over 1,100 different food servings included, searchable using more than 2,500 names (some foods are known by different names or how they are prepared, e.g., "Egg, Scrambles" and "Scrambled Egg").

3. The All Foods list allows you to search by any word or partial word from all the Food Titles.

4. The iKals app provides information about foods and how they are rated for Calorie content.

5. The information is maintained for one year and is presented in reverse chronological order grouped by day, so the latest data is presented first in the list.

6. iKals is one of 10 iNutrient apps based on the USDA National Nutrient Database.

7. Editing allows for: 1) changing the number of servings; 2) changing the date; and 3) deleting records.

8. Individual Intake Items can be copied to the current day, and all Intake Items for a single day can be copied to the current day.

9. The food servings are rated from EXTREMELY LOW in Calories all the way up to EXTREMELY HIGH.

10. Users can record their intake for any food.

11. If you are counting calories, possibly to help keep you weight under control, then this is an app you will truly make use of on a regular basis.

Étape 1: Télécharger un émulateur Android pour PC

Étape 2: installez l'émulateur sur votre PC


Étape 3: iKals pour PC - Windows 10 / 11

Maintenant, ouvrez l'application Emulator que vous avez installée et cherchez sa barre de recherche. Une fois que vous l'avez trouvé, tapez iKals dans la barre de recherche et appuyez sur Rechercher. Clique sur le iKalsnom de l'application. Une fenêtre du iKals sur le Play Store ou le magasin d`applications ouvrira et affichera le Store dans votre application d`émulation. Maintenant, appuyez sur le bouton Installer et, comme sur un iPhone ou un appareil Android, votre application commencera à télécharger. Maintenant nous avons tous fini.
Vous verrez une icône appelée "Toutes les applications".
Cliquez dessus et il vous mènera à une page contenant toutes vos applications installées.
Tu devrais voir le icône. Cliquez dessus et commencez à utiliser l'application.
