1. PDFScanner has been created with one simple task in mind: Scanning and archiving documents as quick and easy as possible, and making them findable with Spotlight search.

2. • Customizable file name patterns (include for example date, time and machine name in the filename) - PDFScanner can even guess the document title and date from the OCR text.

3. • Optical character recognition to make the document searchable, allow to find it via Spotlight and other search tools or copy the text.

4. When performing OCR, PDFScanner adds the recognized text directly to the scanned image as an invisible layer, so the text can be selected and copied just like in other PDF files.

5. PDFScanner runs on all macOS versions starting with Catalina up to Sonoma including native support for Apple Silicon Macs.

6. There are many applications for macOS that allow scanning of images or text.

7. • It is also possible to open or import existing PDF documents and perform OCR on them via a menu option (the language can be set in the Preferences).

8. Most of them are however complex, slow or not really suited for scanning documents or letters.

9. Perspective correction is done on device and with adequate lighting the quality comes close to using a real scanner.

10. This feature requires your Mac and iOS device to be logged in with the same iCloud account and the "Handoff" feature to be activated on both devices.

11. • Direct scanning with the iPhone or iPad camera.

Étape 3: PDFScanner - Scanning and OCR pour PC - Windows 10 / 11

Maintenant, ouvrez l'application Emulator que vous avez installée et cherchez sa barre de recherche. Une fois que vous l'avez trouvé, tapez PDFScanner - Scanning and OCR dans la barre de recherche et appuyez sur Rechercher. Clique sur le PDFScanner - Scanning and OCRnom de l'application. Une fenêtre du PDFScanner - Scanning and OCR sur le Play Store ou le magasin d`applications ouvrira et affichera le Store dans votre application d`émulation. Maintenant, appuyez sur le bouton Installer et, comme sur un iPhone ou un appareil Android, votre application commencera à télécharger. Maintenant nous avons tous fini.
Vous verrez une icône appelée "Toutes les applications".
Cliquez dessus et il vous mènera à une page contenant toutes vos applications installées.
Tu devrais voir le icône. Cliquez dessus et commencez à utiliser l'application.

Simple et efficace

A noter une fonction simple d'utilisation permettant un scan recto verso logiciel (assemblage des scan recto et verso en intercallant les pages dans le bon ordre), avec des imprimantes n'offrant pas cette possibilité. La fonction OCR incluse marche bien, un peu plus lente que d'autres. Une fonctionnalité qui serait bien pratique: la possibilité de ne scanner qu'une partie du document, à l'intérieur d'un cadre défini par l'utilisateur.

Idéal pour l'archivage

Je me sers de cette application (toutes mises à jours confondues) depuis 5 ans pour mes archivages de tous mes documents administratifs et comptables de ma société et également à titre perso. Je dématérialise tous avec lui et j’en suis totalement satisfait. Un petit bémol qui peux ne pas être incriminé au logiciel : si je laisse l’application ouvert sans numériser après quelques minutes, je pers le lien avec mon scanner wifi. Il faut alors relancer le logiciel.

Fait bien le job

J'aime son interface simple et épurée. l'OCR est efficace. Le choix de la résolution est possible. Possibilité de redresser le document et de rogner après le scan. Bref les bases d'une bonne app de scan et app le fait très bien. Je recommande.
