4. This app will help you track your emotional recovery and will provide you with coping tools to help you manage stress, anxiety, mood, and sleep problems based on best practice guidelines.
5. - Easy access to best-practice mobile tools that support emotional recovery and health across a range of domains, including stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep.
6. If you want to talk to or text a disaster crisis counseling and support specialist via the Disaster Distress Helpline (which is administered by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration), the BBN app will help connect you to them.
7. - Effective coping tools that include relaxation skills, mindfulness, scheduling pleasurable activities, monitoring and improving sleep, writing about your experience, and tools to manage stress and anxiety.
8. Many people experience stress, anxiety, low mood, or sleep problems after a disaster, but don’t know where to turn for help.
9. Bounce Back Now (BBN) is a free app to support the emotional recovery of individuals and families affected by a disaster, such as a hurricane, tornado, flood, earthquake, or mass violence incident, privately and at their own pace.

Maintenant, ouvrez l'application Emulator que vous avez installée et cherchez sa barre de recherche. Une fois que vous l'avez trouvé, tapez Bounce Back Now dans la barre de recherche et appuyez sur Rechercher. Clique sur le Bounce Back Nownom de l'application. Une fenêtre du Bounce Back Now sur le Play Store ou le magasin d`applications ouvrira et affichera le Store dans votre application d`émulation. Maintenant, appuyez sur le bouton Installer et, comme sur un iPhone ou un appareil Android, votre application commencera à télécharger. Maintenant nous avons tous fini.
Vous verrez une icône appelée "Toutes les applications".
Cliquez dessus et il vous mènera à une page contenant toutes vos applications installées.
Tu devrais voir le icône. Cliquez dessus et commencez à utiliser l'application.
