I like that it's simple!

This was an easy, straightforward way to get started on the keto diet. I don't like to keep logs but this did a pretty good job without too much time spent learning it. I invested the extra money so that I could create my own food items, and it was certainly worth it.

Net Carbs

I will be happy to add stars if someone can explain how this app deals with net carbs. I find no accounting for fiber and sugar alcohol. If it doesn’t take that in to account this app is useless and I just threw away 20 bucks. If it does and I’m missing something I think otherwise this is a good app and I’ll change my request gladly.
