No longer functional

The last two times that I’ve tried to use this app it can’t connect to a server and gets my phone stuck in a constant loop of trying to connect anyway. While trying to connect, my phone can’t access data by WiFi or cell. The only solution is to uninstall the app. Maybe the developers could update it for the first time in two years to fix this bug?

Won’t connect

Just as of today not connecting to my WiFi. Looked for a possible update but no such luck. Deleted the app until I see an update so I can use my internet. Internet works like a charm now that I removed this app.

Had been working fine

Tried to use it today and indeed it’s broke for iOS 12.1. Once you try to enable it jams up your internet on the phone and it can not be disabled, just keep looping. Luckily deleting the app restored the internet connection. Now I’ll just have to manually check for updates to this app before reinstalling it and hopefully I can then give it 5 stars.

On Desktop: Slows Internet Speed to 1/30th Unuseable

After recent weeks repeatedly having to Disconnect because of extremely unusably slow speeds while connected to App Premium, and after asking them repeatedly why the slow speeds with no response, just now did the following test: App speed Using Speakeasy to Los Angeles at 9am weekday: 140904 HughesNet NetgearRouter App ON to Los Angeles: Down after four timeout failures 0.25Mbps Up could not complete due to timeouts 140904 HughesNet NetgearRouter App Off: Immediately after the On test above: Down 8.5 Mbps, Up 0.8 Mbps MacMini i5 OS 10.8.5 2.5GHz 4G, FireFox 31.0 with NoScript Off, Using HughesNet thru NetGear router I can no longer use App until unless they fix this.

Broken under iOS 12.1

Can't connect to server and remains stuck in a loop where it can't be turned off as it keeps trying connect even if I close the app from running or even reboot. Had ton-switch to a different VPN app in settings to make App stop. Horrible.
