The app for smart bearing condition monitoring by Liebherr makes the clearance measurement of your slewing bearings easy and safe: during the measurement, no personnel are needed directly at the device in the danger zone.
2. The sensor connection box receives the data from the sensors attached to the slewing bearing and supplies the entire BCM system with power.
3. The processed data from the slewing bearing is sent to Liebherr-Telematics and is visualised by the new Liebherr App for slewing bearing monitoring.
4. This allows using the system in even autonomously in regions without a data connection.
5. Smart, integrated and remote, the app for the bearing condition monitoring is a small helper with great effects.
6. The system can be used autonomously also in regions with no data connection.
7. A direct connection via Bluetooth makes the measurement process possible from a safe distance and without a network connection.
8. Your downtimes are reduced by the integrated system and you remain independent in your measurement times as well as from external services.
