Helps me to stick to a workout routine (so far)

I don’t know what it is about Melissa or the workouts but it’s the first time in my life I’m excited about working out and it’s so easy to incorporate in my life and daily routine. I’m on it for around two weeks and saw a chance on my body, mainly the stomach area which looks more toned. Really like the weekly schedule so I don’t have to think about looking for the right video, but anyways being able to switch it up if I don’t like the choice of the day is possible too. I love to show up for myself - definitely the right mindset for me. Thanks Melissa 🙏🏻

Perfect

This is perfect for me, since there are longer and shorter flows and exercises for different stages of womanhood (pre- and postnatal). The workouts are all well balanced, never too easy or too hard... and if you don’t succeed at first, you‘ll see results really soon, too! This is the first time I’m sticking to a routine 😅 and get on my mat at least every second day, if not every day!
