Clever but unreliable

There are nice ideas and recommendations in this quite well-designed app but it is not working reliably, sometimes crashes pr you are just unable to put any data into it for some reason. Not worth the money under these conditions.

Tolle App

Die App gibt einem Tips für die Ernährung in den bestimmten Phasen des Zyklus. Das Tracken ist sehr einfach und übersichtlich. Ich würde mich jedoch freuen, wenn man auch Erkältungen mit tracken könnte, da diese ja auch schonmal Einfluss auf den Zyklus nehmen.

Great

I've watched some videos on youtube from Alisa and I think it is great, what she does. I have just started with the cycle-syncing but I can already see improvements. It feels so great to understand my body and hormones better! Now I am waiting for the cycle cookbook 🙂 Keep up the great work!

Not keen on sharing my data with anyone.

I don't see the point why you need to set up an account to enter your data. Furthermore I'm really uncomfortable with sharing my data with anyone - including people or algorithms at Flo - this is very personal and for my and my OB's eyes only. Regret the purchase, will be deleting immediately.
