DOES NOT SYNC!

I have lost all of my current tasks & calendar events. Instead, when trying to sync to bring them back, 2016 tasks and calendar events showed up that had been deleted long ago. It was bad enough when Informant cancelled the Mac Informant app I paid outrageously for and now wants to charge me again, and bad enough that I had to pay $20 annually for “Informant Sync”, now the iPhone app sync lost more than 100 tasks and events that contained very important information. I’m done wasting my valuable time and money with your inferior product. AND “NO” - I will not waste more energy calling anyone app your company. Take your trash out of the iPhone App Store.

Excellent Combination of Functionality and Flexibility

Having used OmniFocus & Todoist and tried a number of other task/event management apps, I am back to PI as the most robust, comprehensive and customizable app of its kind. There are some anomalies between the iOS and Mac versions however, the overall level of functionality and flexibility within the PI application app general is top notch. The iOS version feels somewhat more thought out. I appreciate that PI is one of the only apps to my knowledge that still offers a Franklin Covey task view option while the built app Actions, combined with Tags and Contexts also allows wide flexibility for those who prefer GTD or a variation. The level of overall customisation makes PI one of the most personalised apps available. That level of customization requires time to learn to best apply a setup and workflow that works for you. Worth the effort. Have only contacted support on one occasion but response was quick and courteous. Thanks

Just DON’T!

I made the HUGE mistake of registering this app with my email. Now I get freaking boatloads of spam from Fanatic Software daily. It just never ends! I’m talking several spam messages EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR ETERNITY! Unsubscribe? Oh, wouldn’t I just love to! Unsurprisingly, the unsubscribe link is conveniently non-functional. It’s too late for me, but for the sake of your own sanity, DO NOT download this app. Get the far-superior “Calendars” instead. That app works flawlessly and the developers don’t try to sell you some other product every 17 minutes. If there were such a thing as negative stars, I’d be using them liberally for ANY app marketed by Fanatic Software.

Was good, no broken

This app worked very well but the last update broke my Apple Watch series 5. Calendars no longer work correctly. Appointments that don’t exist app any calendar or on the iPhone app appear on the watch. What the heck??????

Used for years not working the same

I’m a long time annual subscriber and I love this app. It has a functional UI with the ability to repeat tasks, focus view on today (plus your calendar) and many other features. Some setting features could be easier to find (like editing projects), but nonetheless I had no real complaints other than the one above, until now. Currently on the new os update I’m having many issues it here a few that I can list: • focus view no longer works unless I quickly press the button when the app loads my data ~ sometimes. • the calendar view will sometimes not show my calendar events and sometimes not show my tasks. Sometimes, it will be completely blank. • tasks and calendar events created don’t always show up and store, so I have to manually check to see if the task/event was added on that day. And sometimes checking the data gets glitchy and doesn’t show. Those 3 things are the core of task management and calendar management app my opinion. It is where I and many others live on the app. I hate writing negative reviews and I really hate writing this one because it’s probably the most valuable app I have, but I have no choice anymore. I tried reaching out to support but I don’t have any clue if this is something they even care about fixing. I gave it 3 stars because it still works ~sorta~ but definitely not like it’s suppose to. I have hundreds maybe thousands on my todo list and I use this app daily. If the developers are reading this, PLEASE FIX SOON.
