Frustrating App with poor documentation

I just wanted to make a multiple choice card but can't seem to find the documentation to do that. The app needs online documentation in addition to the help that appears in the app's menu bar.

Buggy

I have a group of stacks with over 200 flashcards. One problem is, if I want to edit an app then go back to reviewing, it starts over at the beginning instead of where I left off, leaving me to review the same cards over and over. The second problem is if I try to skip ahead manually using the icon in the bottom left corner, which also needs work (the cards should be labeled by stack, because they clearly aren’t shuffled anyway) the app freezes. So then I have to force quit it and start all over again. So recap: 1. Give option to return to where left off 2. Stability when using the poorly labeled “road map” deck 3. Label the “road map” of flashcards in the deck 4. Put a Contact Us in the main menu to report bugs. I’m deducting one star just for that. So annoying. 5. Just for kicks, when making flashcards, all the options should be made into widgets, so a user can customize their “workspace”. For example, I don’t need the text entry area that takes up half the app. I just need the picture taking option because I use pictures/am a visual person. I’m wasting a second every time I make a flashcard just to scroll down to edit the back of the card. I’ll have carpel tunnel by the end of this exam.

Hands down the best flashcard app

Nice desktop interface. Great phone app. Syncs with total reliability. Negatives are no web interface, which would be convenient, and the phone app uses a lot of battery. But, I've tried them all and this is 100% the best one out there.

Helps but not Seemless

I't is great that I can save to my cloud and use on all apple devices. Very helpful. But it keeps crashing and taking me out of my study session or jumping to another stack in the middle of a study session... annoying.

STILL has bugs that need to be worked out

App, after years, STILL has serious issues with syncing with iCloud. I migrated my old Mental Case library over to App, and then chose the setting in App to sync the App library with iCloud. After the library was synced, I checked iCloud, and it definitely said I had a 440 mb App library synced with iCloud. However, when I tried to sync that library to another Mac, it simply wouldn’t work. When I reset my sync data, App ERASED the entire App library that was stored in iCloud. Mental Case had major issues syncing with iCloud (which is why they eventually added Dropbox syncing to the program). I figured they would have this issue sorted out for App, but they clearly don’t. I wasted $40 on an app which still has the same problems as the old app. Not happy! Update: There are more syncing issues with App. Today I tried to sync my App database on a new Mac, and it synced everything except ONE random card. It took me a couple of hours to figure out which card didn’t get synced. And there’s no reason for it. The other Macs have the missing card, but somehow that card didn’t get transferred to the new Mac. App is a buggy mess! Update in January 2019: Yesterday, I opened App (I’m running the latest version) on my MacBook Pro (running Mojave) to review vocabulary cards that I had created. I had around 30 stacks with a total of 339 cards. For some reason, all my stacks just disappeared. I didn’t go into preferences and choose to reset my data—all the stacks just disappeared. When I signed into my other Mac and iOS devices, all my stacks were gone on those devices as well. I can't get any of my stacks back. This is incredibly frustrating.
