5. Workout planner app enables you to keep a track of your exercise routine on a monthly and weekly basis.
6. A weight tracker and an exercise log sheet have been provided along with a weekly diet journal.
7. We plan to update the app on a monthly basis with the replacement of the sheet for the current month with that of the next adjacent month.
8. A meal planner and a monthly calendar sheet of the current month are provided along with the exercise log sheets.
9. The weight tracker sheet lets you set goals and track your progress over time.
10. The results are also shown as a graph, that summarizes how satisfied the user was with his diet over the week on a daily basis.
11. The exercise log helps the user record the duration of exercise and track his calories burnt.
